It's Sunday and we finished church and headed into town for Huevos con chorizo, my favorite breakfast.
Since I ate all my food my dad took me for a ride in a go cart at the local track. It was great! No seat belts needed and two could ride together. I even got to steer. I love Mexico!

My Summer at Hume Lake Christian Camps
This Summer was awesome. I got to go with my family to this amazing place in the mountains called Hume Lake (for more information see; http://www.humelake.org/) I had a lot of fun and made a bunch of new friends. So here we go, check out these pictures. the first one is me and my friend Mama Zumba.
I will post more pictures as soon as I figure out how to add the slideshow from Picassa. After all I'm only 6. Yay I finally figured it out, the first picture is me in front of the Lake. The other 4 pictures are of my friend Mama Zumba (I think her real name is K***). Then 2 pictures are my other friends from Day camp (But I mostly went to night camp). We had a lot of fun together. One picture is of me, Kevin, Megan and Rich in costumes. Their job was to make a lot of teenagers scream and yell. Me getting ready for a water balloon fight. Then pictures of me and the biggest frog I've ever seen. My dad caught it, after we showed everybody we let it go. Then me and some viking friends. Theres one picture of my dad and I standing next to Smokey the bear, the audacity of my dad, if only Smokey knew he was standing next to an arsonist! My dad burned down a huge 2 story house when he was 10 years old, but thats another story. One picture is of a truck that a really big tree fell on. Bummer. Me and my mom, and finally our cool pigeon, Junior. I hope you liked these pictures. let me know.

20th of November, parade day
What is the 20th of November, who knows, I'm only 6 years old! Anyway i think it has something to do with a revolution starting many years ago and people getting killed. Anyway. my dad took a lot of pictures, embarrassing me in the proccess. Anyway thats me above doing my ring thing. More pictures below of the parade. It was quite a fun day.
On the right is the whole class doing their ring things. And as always this parade had everything: a little charro below. He looked so cute I wanted to smack him with my ring thing.
A couple of serious looking little girls (I guess there was nothing funny about the Revolution).

More serious looking kids, I think the girls in the middle likes me.
This is my teacher, she pretty cool even if I don't understand whats she saying to me half of the time.
However my Spanish is getting better.
I also got to ride a horse, ride a Semi, eat cotton candy and stand next to a police guy, (who was a little sad because 2 of his friends were shot and killed last week. See my dads blog about that: http://www.ranchosordonaboo.blogspot.com/
Those pictures are here.
Hope you enjoyed them, Till later. Bye.

I am only 6 years old and I have a blog! Why?
Hey, my name is Sammy and I live in Mexico on a very cool ranch called Rancho Sordo Mudo. I was born in Mexico (Ensenada, Baja California). Anyway my dad thought it would be cool for me to have a blog to post my stories, because being an MK in Mexico is an adventure. SO I will share the fun, wierd and cool things that happen to me.
So, right now I am in 1st grade in a local Mexican school where no one speaks English, since in my home my mother is deaf and my father and brothers speak English, I was basically in for a tough time. During class as the teacher spoke, I might as well been on Mars listening to Martians speak Martianese, because thats about as much sense as it made to me. So basically I just sat there all day dreamed of a very young Dakota Fanning till the bell rung and it was time to go home. By the way the picture above was taken when I was about 3 years old. And as you can tell by the look on my face, I am ready to kick some serious hienie (I can't say the other word because I am only 6). I like the above picture.
Anyway, tomorrow I will be in a parade with the rest of my class trying not to look like a spaz as we all attempt to march in sync and twirl big hula hoops cover with red, white and green tissue paper. I am betting that most of the paper will fall off and litter the road from the gas station to my school. I'll let you know how it goes. Also later I will tell you about my awesome summer at Hume Lake Christian Camps. See ya.
